Industrial electric steam generators of electrode type APEP brand are designed for uniform production of saturated water steam with a given capacity, with a pressure above atmospheric pressure, due to the heat generated by the use of electricity.

APEP steam generators are characterized by reliability, small size, light weight, high efficiency, simplicity and low maintenance. Subject to the basic rules of use, APEP electrode steam generators are reliable, unpretentious in operation, do not require constant attention and the presence of an operator nearby, and are able to operate with short maintenance breaks 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

Industrial electric steam generators APEP can be used in a wide variety of industrial production sectors, for example:

There are no combustible materials in the design of electric electrode steam generators APEP, which makes it impossible for an industrial steam generator to catch fire, and also saves the owner of the electric steam generator from communicating with fire services. There is no need to save fuel, no toxic combustion products, no need for exhaust hoods, etc.

The electrode steam generator does not require special water treatment, which is not cheap with a high volume of steam production! If you use water from the tap or if the water corresponds to tap water in terms of its basic characteristics, this is sufficient!

ALL industrial steam generators of the company «Akin-M» are initially equipped with a specialized digital control unit «PAR-A», which is developed and manufactured by our company. If you are offered other electronics, ask whether everything written in the advertisement is true and whether you will need a screwdriver, pliers or an ax to set the parameters necessary for the operation of the electric steam generator. Electrode steam generators only work well and safely if they are properly controlled!

As we are designers and manufacturers of electronics for electric steam generators, we can manufacture a control unit for an industrial steam generator according to individual customer requirements.

Steam generators produce saturated steam, i.e. steam with a temperature equal to the boiling point of water at a given pressure. Sometimes hotter steam is required – in this case, we can retrofit an electric steam generator with a special superheater.

The design of our electric steam generators is delivered as fully assembled and tested at the factory. Upon receipt of the APEP steam generator, the customer only needs to connect electricity, water supply and steam outlet. The wiring diagram with a detailed description is provided in the operating instructions. A separate manual is supplied for the digital control panel «PAR-A».

Technical characteristics of APEP steam generators:

Electric steam generators APEP are autonomous, electrode electric steam generators with smooth power (capacity) control. The power control is digital, based on controlling the level of contact of electrodes with water in the steam generator flasks. The main total parameters and weight and dimensions are shown in the table:

The supply voltage of the steam generator is ≈ 380 Volts ± 10% 50 Hz, 3 phases.
Pressure developed by the steam generator up to 0.4 MPa or 0.6 MPa (depending on the type of steam generator pumping station).
Maximum steam temperature up to 138 °C (at 0.4 MPa) or 155 °C (at 0.6 MPa).

Operating conditions of the steam generator are dry room, ambient air temperature from 3 to 40 °C, reliable grounding of the steam generator body is required.
