Inert gas fire extinguishing systems

The FAKEL system uses inert gases — nitrogen (N₂), argon (Ar) or a mixture of them — to quickly displace oxygen from the source of fire. Reducing the oxygen concentration to a safe level allows you to instantly stop the fire without harming people and equipment.
