The control unit "PAR - ALPHA 2" has the following functional features:

an 8-bit microprocessor operating under the control of a special program is the heart of the block. The software is constantly updated by developers, the user has the opportunity to update or change the software of his control unit over time and get new functions or new work algorithms that were not available before;
the pulsed power supply unit is made by INVERTER technology, thanks to which the “PAR – ALPHA” control unit works perfectly at a reduced power supply voltage in the network;
built-in digital power controller to prevent failures from powerful interference in the power supply network;
seven-segment LED indicators have greater brightness and size, which allows you to easily read data at a great distance from the control unit. In addition, the use of LED indicators allows the control unit to work and store at negative temperatures (up to -35 C);
built-in digital controller of three-phase voltage 380V excludes the operation of the steam generator in case of problems with the supply voltage. It also prevents erroneous actions of the operator during the initial start-up;
the use of current sensors instead of level sensors allows to obtain the highest reliability and accuracy;
extended operation with ECM: the control unit automatically reduces the power to the set (by the operator in the unit programming mode) when the pressure in the system reaches the first set (by the operator) value and stops the steam generator when it reaches the second, set (by the operator) value;
displays the steam temperature at the output of the steam generator and uses it to change the power of the steam generator in some versions;
constantly monitors the operation mode of the pump and automatically turns it off in the event of its “wedging”

The PAR-ALPHA control unit provides:

digital display of current(s) or performance of the steam generator in digital form
digital display of temperature at the measured point
digital programming of the performance of the steam generator in normal mode, in the mode of reduced performance, programming of hysteresis according to the current to increase the resource of the pump
visual indication of the presence of three phases of the 380 Volt industrial network
work with current sensors in one, two and three phases
automatic control of the pump and shut-off hydraulic valve of the anode steam generator, control of pump rotation
control of the release coil of the power machine (emergency shutdown of the machine or contactor)
visual and sound indication of errors in the system when working with an anode steam generator

The PAR-ALPHA control unit has several varieties:

MAIN ALGORITHM – The control unit automatically and constantly maintains the performance set by the operator. When the pressure in the system reaches the first value set by the operator on the ECM, the control unit will automatically switch the steam generator to the mode of reduced energy consumption and will work at the reduced power set by the operator in the programming mode.
PRESSURE REGULATION – the control unit automatically maintains the pressure set by the operator in a closed system. According to the pressure difference between the set and current, the control unit automatically adjusts the power of the steam generator, but does not exceed the value set by the operator.
TEMPERATURE REGULATION – the control unit automatically maintains the temperature set by the operator at the object where the temperature sensor is installed. The control unit automatically reduces the power when approaching the set temperature and automatically turns off the steam generator (operates at zero power) when the set temperature is reached.
STEAM WASHER – control unit for working with a steam washer. the operator sets the necessary pressure and productivity, the control unit automatically adjusts the power to maintain it.

If necessary, the control unit is equipped with an active heater, which automatically turns on when the ambient temperature is below +10 C and allows you to work with the unit at low ambient temperatures without problems.

The delivery set of the “PAR-ALPHA” steam generator control unit includes the unit itself, a temperature sensor connected to the unit, a wire for connecting three-phase voltage (for a digital phase controller), a passport for the control unit, a warranty card, and a packaging cardboard box.
