The cutting table control panel “RT-02” is designed for comprehensive control of equipment for cutting foam plastic into sheets. It provides independent, smooth control of three powerful loads (cutting table strings) and ensures the operation of two independent moving carts for cutting foam plastic sheets in the horizontal and vertical planes.

functional features:

All adjustments are made digitally behind an additional keyboard and light up on all the indicators.
The skin from the channels may be switched on in addition to their other operation permission toggle switches.
Above the skin toggle switch there is a light-emitting diode indicator that indicates which channels are currently active.
The trolley control channels have a reverse function, i.e. The steering of the trolley, both straight and in the reverse direction, is ensured by simple switching of the toggle switch.
The block is surrounded by a metal body.
It is installed in a special stand in the cutting table.
It is powered by 220 Volts and has a small size, weight and low energy consumption.

A special power transformer is connected to the control unit, which contains a series of separate windings to supply heating channels to the flow and the trolleys. This ensures complete independence of the channels from others, which allows for greater temperature stability of the group of streams and reliability of the devices in the middle.

A transformer is also necessary from the point of view of the safety of the operating personnel, the fragments of the robot with hot strums that are under a voltage of 220 Volts or (i) making a galvanic connection with the industrial network is unacceptable! The voltage on the transformer windings does not exceed 50 Volts and all windings are insulated.
